In a forward to a 2021 book written by the anti-vaccine group Childrens Health Defense, Kennedy wrote that measles outbreaks have been fabricated to create fear to inflict unnecessary and risky vaccines on millions of children. It's much easier to be a critic of measles vaccine when you're not responsible for what happens.
